Big Mac Sauce is as delicious as it is iconic! There are a ton of different copycat recipes out there but this is the one that we make and was introduced to us by our friend Charlotte Langley and it is great. Put this sauce on any sandwich type situation and you will not be disappointed!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: Makes enough sauce for a whole lotta burgers!
Mods:
For a vegan version, sub mayo for a vegan option.
Notes:
For the Mac sauce: Feel free to eye ball these measurements a bit more and to measure with your heart!
You can make your own mayo if you like but I like to use Kewpie Brand mayo for this since the sauce has so much going on already.
Since most of the ingredients are already seasoned and preserved with salt, you shouldn’t need to season with additional salt.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayo (I’m using Kewpie)
¼ cup ketchup
3 tbsp yellow mustard
¼ cup diced onions
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp relish
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp pickle juice
Steps:
• Combine all of the mac sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Stir until combined and cook over med/low heat for 10 or 15 minutes until the garlic and onions are cooked. Remove from the heat, cover and let cool in the refrigerator. Note: You can also use some plastic wrap and cover the sauce snugly, pressing it into it gently to make sure there is no air stuck in between to help avoid forming a gunky layer on top while it cools.
