Homemade Ranch Sauce (High Protein, Lower Fat & Calories)
Our new favorite ranch uses Greek Yogurt!
This ranch recipe is our new favorite treat. It uses Greek yogurt in place of both sour cream and mayo which really brings down the fat and calorie content while boosting up the protein. Honestly, I much prefer it this way. The texture is thick and creamy and it has a lovely brightness to the overall flavor from the yogurt. This recipe still uses a bit of butter milk for that classic flavor profile and a bunch of herbs for a lovely and fresh flavor.

Serves: Enough for roughly 4 people. When in doubt, I always recommend making more vs less.
