My Lemon Pepper Marinade

Back in South Florida, I grew up eating a lot of lemon pepper seasoned fish and chicken dishes. It’s a great flavor combination that pairs the lemon’s sweet acidity with black pepper’s sharp and spicy kick. It was also very popular and easy to find at just about every grocery store.

For this recipe, I wanted to take the profile of a classic lemon pepper seasoning and use it to make a quick lemon pepper marinade that I would then jeuje up a bit!
